RMA Policy

  • Whenever you need to return products to Kobe Technology, you must first obtain an RMA number by submitting the RMA Request Form

  • All returns must be assigned RMA number before sending back to our office. Kobe Technology will not accept any return without a valid RMA number.

  • Please do not call for RMA numbers. Upon Kobe Technology’s acceptance and approval, you will promptly receive an E-mail notification with an RMA number and return instructions within 48 hours.

  • The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. Return package must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.

  • Credit in lieu of RMA may be claimed against certain products. Credit on such items will be based on current price at time of claim.

  • An RMA number is valid for 7 calendars days. Please return the defective product(s) within 14-days from issuance of the RMA number and no later than 30 calendars days by the end of the warranty period.

  • All RMA will be processed and returned within 90 calendars days upon receipt by Kobe Technology. Please return the defective product(s) to Kobe within 15 days from issuance of the RMA number and no later than 30 calendars days by the end of warranty period.

  • Kobe Technology will send a non-commercial invoice for insurance purposed upon request.

  • Shipping expense will be the cost of the shipper, (i.e. when returning RMA) it is customer’s responsibility to send the RMA back at customer’s expense. When products are ready to be returned, they will be shipped back to customer at Kobe Technology’s expense of problem with merchandise is determined to be Kobe Technology’s responsibility.
